Job Description
As a Product Developer you will be a key player in the exciting process of creating products for the H&M Women underwear assortment. Our collection is a mix of comfortable, flattering and tasteful products that welcomes everyone. In this role you will work with a wide variety of materials, fabrics, trims and products.
Together with a talented team consisting of product managers, planners, designers and pattern makers, you are responsible for identifying and developing collections according to current and upcoming global trends. Your main responsibility is to develop the most current and commercial products of high quality, to the best possible price in a sustainable way. You will work very tightly with the production team throughout the entire process to make this happen.
As a Product Developer you will set and drive assortment and development strategy for your department. This includes both short- and long-term strategies in line with the overall assortment goals. With a strong fashion intelligence, salesmanship and sense of commerciality, you can identify seasonal keys and act on relevant tendencies. We believe that you are a natural project manager with excellent communication skills. You make things happen around you and make sure to stay organized even when the work pace is high.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a Buyer/Product Developer
An eye for current fashion and trends
Have passion for products and product development
Have a broad experience of materials and trims of high quality
Driven, structured and take initiatives
Salesmanship and result orientated
Great communication skills
Strong team player with a flexible attitude
See possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions

This is full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
