Product development Engineer


As a Production Development Engineer you will be responsible for project management and drive the production development together with the team.
This means, develop the processes and how we work as well as drive investment projects to secure efficiency in the factory and make sure that we execute according to the investment budget.
Additional task that could occur is production engineering duties such as, drive improvements, balance production lines and update routines and way of work.




Who are we?
You will be working in a fantastic team with committed, enthusiastic and competent employees in Jönköping. We have both technical development, sales, supply and production on site.
We have a factory with a high focus on quality and working environment. Our production processes range from the manufacture of granules, cold pressing, sintering, robot automation and laser welding. In the processes, we manufacture professional products such as: Wall saw blades, professional drills and chains for particularly exposed environments.


Who are you?
To really enjoy the role, it is important that you are a team player that enjoys the work of change.
You are quality conscious and like problem solving and are able to see the big picture. You are methodical, structured and non-prestigious. With your experience from similar work you enjoy participating in technical discussions to constantly improve the factory's processes.


We believe that you have been working a couple of years as a Production Technician and are used to leading projects in a production environment. You have a university degree in engineering, preferably with production as the main subject. You need to be fluent both in English and Swedish, speaking and writing.
