The Opportunity
As a manager within Ericsson you will lead our people and teams on the 5G journey we are in, shaping the next generation communication technologies. This impactful role gives you the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, dynamic team driving innovation and technology leadership within a highly competitive market.
 
You will be reporting to manager locally in Linköping and also participate as a member of the leadership team.
 
Some examples of your responsibility;
You will contribute to our successful 5G journey by holding a manager position for one of our units in Linköping
You will provide inspirational and engaging leadership
You will play a key role in enabling execution of our product strategy, continuous improvement on efficiency, quality and reducing waste

 
Who Are You
To be successful in this role we believe you have excellent leadership skills, positive mindset, attitude to learn new technologies and ways of working, inclusion and forward looking. You value team work and straight forward communication. You thrive in a global environment where you are constantly looking for possibilities to develop people and new ways of working.
 
You have approximately 10 years of working experience, and most of them in leadership positions, for example within SW-Development, consulting, driving transformation projects or similar.
