Job Summary:
We are looking for a R&D manager for the PDG M-Commerce development unit. You will be responsible for development activities within your area. As a leader you will coach, challenge and develop individuals and teams to secure technology leadership, innovation, quality, time and cost for the product. You will foster a creative and learning culture. The line manager for M-Commerce will report to Head of M-Commerce and be part of the PDG M-Commerce leadership team.
 
Responsibilities:
You will drive strategic technical leadership
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling. 
Develop and test high quality products
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
 

Key Qualifications:
We see that you have an university Master or Bachelor degree, and experience from software development industry or relevant roles
You should have document experience from people, project or technical leadership
We see that you have experience from software development Research
You know about and embrace Lean & agile principle, and like to work in a team environment
We see you that inter-personal skills and look forward to meet and work with people
We see that you have a coaching and mentoring skills and look forward to meet people
We see that you have a communication skills and knows how to adapt to adapt presentations to the audience
We see you who are flexible that can and is willing to adapt & respond to change
We see that you can formulate strategy and concepts
We see you who are focused to deliver result and want to meet customer expectation
