Product Development Managers for CribWise

One of our core portfolio products is CribWise – a solution for stock management, purchase and cost control for indirect and direct material. CribWise offers service and support to customers through a network of partners, with the objective to cover important regions and deliver the best possible experience. This is where you come in, as we’re now looking to enhance our team with two new Product Development Managers!


About the job
As Product Development Manager for CribWise, you manage our software and connected hardware in a way that creates trust and confidence in our collaborations. You challenge, encourage, educate and support our development team to make sure that we have all the tools and information we need to succeed. Your priority is to identify, develop and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions, and you translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products. You also plan, lead, prioritize and track all phases of the product life cycle - from inception through to introduction into the marketplace – and develop guidelines and procedures to support our product line process.


Our headquarters are at brand new offices in the old “gas works” in central Stockholm, and this is also where you’ll normally be located. However, you do travel globally to meet our customers out in the field.


About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from working as a project manager. You’re structured and organize your tasks in a timely manner to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously. You’re used to working in a global context in a large organization, preferably within production, and experience from managing similar accounts is a benefit. With partners all over the world, it’s important that you’re aware of cultural differences and ways of working across borders, and that you’re fluent in English.


You enjoy a high pace and being on top of things, and you have a strong ability to get going and lead the way. You’re intrigued by finding new, effective solutions and by challenging the market, and your open communication creates trust towards partners and customers. Looking at the best ways to engage, evolve and work with our customers to identify and resolve problems, you also know how to establish both results and happy partners.
