Emerson Process Management's Rosemount TankRadarABdivision in Gothenburg is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.The company has tripled its sales in the last 10 years.It now has a turnover of more than 1 billion SEK and employs over 400 people worldwide.To support our rapid growth and expansion into new areas we are now adding a number of positions.The company is a part of Emerson, a global technology and engineering corporation with over 128,000 employees and USD 20 billion in sales.To further strengthen our position as world leader in tank level measuring, we are creating a new position as Product Development Process Manager.As Product Development Process Manager you will implement and maintain the Product Development Process throughout the Business.Based on own measurements and analysis you will implement continual process improvements.You will act as a coach and be a resource to project teams and sponsors.You will also maintain a working knowledge of various quality codes and standards.Besides that you will participate in other activities within the Quality Department in order to help fulfil our strategic objectives and quality goals.You will report to the Director of Quality and Environment.The position contains frequent contacts with employees at all levels at Rosemount Tank Radar.Since the processes are global, there will be close cooperation with other Rosemount divisions world wide to share experience, best practices and tools.To apply for this position you need to have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent within a technical area relevant to our business.You have strong leadership skills.Experience of qualified project management, process improvements, problem solving and quality improvements within the technical industry is required.You have an excellent ability of spoken as well as written Swedish and English.Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than September 20th.
