Product Director

The Product Director is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Director’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


Responsibilities:
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
You have a constant and dedicated focus on your customers
You own the budget and P&L for your product
You lead and drive a cross-functional team



Requirements:
8+ years of Software Product Management experience leading a cross-functional team
A proven track record of product launches where you have taken a product from concept to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
You have proven the ability to drive change across an organisation.



Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in building banking or payments systems/ platforms
