Job Description:
The Events Area in Candy Crush Saga is looking for a Product Director who will deliver amazing value to our players, our product and our business.
As a Product Director, you will be leading the product group responsible for developing and building innovative large event formats for our players, such as global tournaments, or completely new ways for players to engage with the game. You will set the product strategy and roadmap for the group, lead the product team on concept development and work together with the three production teams to realise your vision for our players
Your role within the Kingdom
The primary purpose of the Product Director role is to enable high-impact, purpose-driven results for the product, the players, the team, and the business. This role reports to the Head of Events.
Own and develop the product group vision, strategy and roadmap
Full accountability for the impact & performance of group
Provide a clear vision and direction on product development and follow concepts from idea to reality with a steady hand
Fundamentally understand the business of casual free to play and be comfortable using data-informed decision-making to create value
Build and lead a strong product group organization with the necessary competencies and processes to own the end-to-end delivery of value
Create a working environment that enables product group members’ growth, and coach, support and challenge leaders inside and outside the group
Skills to create thrills:
You have the vision and ability to see the bigger picture, and translate it into innovative product initiatives that engage our players. As a general manager of a product group, you know how to develop, lead and inspire a highly-skilled team. Other skills include:
Able to lead multiple cross-functional teams and be a “leader of leads”
Strong product development and business performance knowledge

Understanding of creative processes and ability to efficiently drive impactful innovation
