Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Management of product BOMs from PLM to ERP and MES systems into manufacturing process delivery

- Support product design translation into production design development
- Drive and support ECR/ECO process across the NPI and production procedures
- Plan and coordinate production NPI transfer from Global NPI to volume manufacturing site
- Support continual improvement in the IMS, specifically the Product Development and Manufacturing processes
- Ensure production related documents are maintained in accordance with ECO, QA and document management procedures
- ECR/ECO & NPI Metrix reporting


Qualifications and experience:

- Minimum of 4 years production experience of multi-discipline electronics equipment
- Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit
- BS or BA degree in job related field or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience working with PLM systems and proficient with MS Office
- Process orientated and analytical approach to delivering operational efficiency
- Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives as well as lead a team.
- Excellent proficiency in English written and verbal is required
