At HMS Networks, we are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to join business unit Anybus to continue creating world-leading Industrial Information and Communication Technology to our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Product Engineer for Anybus Embedded you will be responsible for technical expertise and guidance for products throughout their life cycle.

Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including other Product Engineers, Supply, Development, Product Management and Quality you will drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.

By collaborating with technical service and field application engineers you will analyze and resolve or come with recommendations of how to solve product-related problems.

You will ensure that product concepts align with technological capabilities (and market demands) and validate product designs, considering factors such as performance, reliability, manufacturability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

You will gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internally to identify opportunities for product enhancement and communicate into the organization.

You will communicate actively internally and externally, regarding relevant technical news and product updates.

ABOUT YOU

You are a strong communicator who establishes close relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. You have ability to engage with users, customers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

You are passionate about technology and data driven decision-making and you are happy to share your learnings with the organization.

You have experience from working in cross-functional teams, are customer-centric and have a growth mindset. You are not afraid of signing up for results.

Most importantly, you are a team player who understands that customer success is the result of team members contributing with their passion and ideas.
