The department Technical Product Management Separators at Tetra Pak is now recruiting a Product Engineer to work in our Product Creation and Product Life Cycle processes. The Centrifugal Separation Team within Tetra Pak is responsible for product management, development of technical solutions and global support to market companies. Centrifugal Separation is a unique area where mechanical excellence combined with deep knowledge of separator applications is a key to our leadership in liquid food processing technology. 
As a Product Engineer within the Centrifugal separation team you will be a specialist within separation technology, supporting our Market companies. You will work with technical analysis, support and sharing knowledge. You will be a member in different project teams.
What you will do
Drive system engineering in development projects
Participate in verification and validation tests
Technical analysis related to issues
Technical support

This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. You can expect up to 15% of travelling.
Who you are
We are looking for a problem solver with a structured and flexible mindset.To be successful in this position you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and you have a positive approach towards colleagues and stakeholders. You enjoy working with people and technical equipment at the same time. You are a team player but also able to drive your work independently. Good communication skills are important.
The role could potentially be combined with design related activities hence experience in Mechanical design in CAD software will be seen as a merit. 
We believe you have a technical bachelor or equivalent combined with 3-5 years relevant work experience. Experience from mechanical equipment and/or processing technologies is a requirement. A background within food industry, industrial automation, packaging, centrifugal separation or similar will be seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required. An interest in training others and sharing knowledge would be well suited.
