We are looking for a Product Engineering Manager in Västerås, Sweden!
Main responsibilities
You will drive the development of the TC1500 and future converter design, governance, and progress reports.
You will manage team consisting of SLA, Building Block owners, Concept Engineers, and Interface managers.
Handle the People Management Cycle management.
Responsibility for team planning, continuous process improvements, knowledge transfers and team networking within Traction Metier Network.
Participate in design reviews, D-FMEA, Project Reviews.
Be a part of Traction converter leadership team, having personnel responsibillity for a team that focuses on products, modularisation and design to cost activities.
