Our client within Automotive is now looking for a Product finance engineer the Gothenburg team. Technology areas they need to strengthen are
powertrains for their new zero emission vehicles, electrical, vehicle connectivity and chassis.

The work, to secure a profitable product, starts in the early phases of the product development and continues throughout the product lifetime. It is a global organization which supports all truck ranges. JOB DESCRIPTION

You are responsible for:
 Optimize concept selections from a profitability and product cost perspective.
 Drive product cost roadmap activities.
 Provide profitability analysis and business case from a product cost perspective.
 Deliver product cost estimates as a base for cross functional decisions.
 Challenge the technical development out of a product cost perspective.

WHO ARE YOU?

Required knowledge/experience
 Master of Science or equivalent.
 Preferred experience from automotive engineering.
 Preferred experience from product cost management.
 Experience and/or knowledge about powertrains for zero emission vehicles, electrical,
vehicle connectivity or chassis area.
 Ability to combine the business and technical mind-set to guide and influence the product
development decisions from a financial perspective.
 Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
