Product group Manager RX EW operations Sweden Background As the manager of the RX group you will report to the RWR product group manager. You will be expected to work closely with the RWR product group in South Africa aligning our product portfolio with the input from Business Development Marketing and Sales (BDMS). Work description As the product group manager of the RX group you will act as the line manager of the group and you are expected to take on the technical leadership of the day-to-day work of the group. Your main responsibilities will be: You will have a responsibility for the budgets, costing and set of objectives allocated to the group. Responsible for delivering results as negotiated with the Program Managers to execute the contracts. To plan and execute the daily work and report progress to the RWR manager. You will take on the product ownership of the RX part of the RWR this includes the RF subsystems and the video processing.This includes to act as the Design authority and to keep the RX building blocks contained with their set of requirements and documentation. To create and maintain product plans in line with the Product portfolio strategies owned by BDMS. Qualifications The successful candidate should have a good technical knowledge and at least 5 years of relevant technical experience. The candidate should have good leadership skills.
