What we need
Dreams is in an exciting phase with a big focus on growing our customer base and the value they get from our product offering. We are now looking for a Product Analyst to help us move faster and optimize our product and growth strategies. We are looking for someone who can help us identify growth and revenue opportunities as well as product improvements through curiosity and extensive data crunching.
In this role, you will dig into user behaviors through the entire spectrum of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to up-sell and retention. By leveraging your quantitative skill set you will identify optimizations of our growth funnel, find user segments to target and form hypotheses to test, both on the marketing and product side.
We strive to become truly data-informed, and you will be an advocate for using data to guide the organization forward and work proactively to develop good measures of business success, continuous monitoring and ways of working in the teams. You will collaborate with a wide range of colleagues with different areas of expertise and translate your insights and recommendations into something everyone can understand. You will work in the cross-section between the Marketing and the Product team, and have your home base in the product insights team.

- You have a can-do approach and love finding solutions when barriers occur
- A passion for ensuring organizations make use of their data and quantitative insights
- A curious mindset for digging into data to extract insights and patterns that helps the team to take more informed decisions
- An enthusiasm for working with big data sets and tying data together
- A compelling communicator who want to spread the knowledge of Data and insights
- A collaborative and transparent working style and the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 2-3 years of experience within customer and product analytic
- Experience in using SQL
- True believer and advocate for experimentation and A/B testing
- Experience in working in tools such as Google analytics, MixPanel or similar.
