Product Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a Product Implementation Consultant to join the Mitigram team in its ambitious endeavour to shape the future of financing global trade.
As a Product Implementation Consultant you play a key role in the delivery of high-quality product implementation projects of the Mitigram product suite, at some of the world’s leading financial institutions and corporations. In this role you are involved in all aspects of the project, from initial client engagement to go-live, giving you a high degree of autonomy and responsibility quickly, while being supported by our product and customer teams. ​
Responsibilities​
Implement business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements​
Deliver training sessions to clients on Mitigram products as required​
Manage smaller projects independently – day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope​
Produce high-quality project documentation​
Contribute to developing and applying best practice methodologies ​

Continuously seeking to develop and have a thorough understanding of the Mitigram products, capabilities and constraints ​
Effective communicator to identify client needs and evaluate various business solutions​
Paying attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture​
Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision​
A friendly and thoughtful attitude​

​Requirements​
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics or relevant work experience​
Excellent skills in MS Office product suite, especially Excel and ideally PowerBI​
Fluent spoken and written English, any additional language is a bonus​
Located in Stockholm
