Here at Seco Tools, the Product Information unit in Fagersta, Sweden works with a vast range of regulations and definitions toward the creation and maintenance of different kinds of information. We inform, educate and support not only within the local units in Sweden but also India, in which we work with the planning and execution of assignments parallel to our local unit.
We’re now looking for a Production Information Manager – an essential team player whose thoughtful approach manages to drive change and engage colleagues across our whole unit. Welcome to our Seco family!
About the job
In this position, you ensure efficient working processes, routines and controls, as well as making sure our products have the relevant product data and information. You work alongside Product Management with the support, alleviation, and participation in both direct as well as indirect product and development projects. This also means that you engage in different assignments regarding the product data and information such as:
Correct inaccuracies and be responsible for maintenance
Measure, report and follow-up work
Set goals according to KPI/PI
Support our digitalization development
Create definitions and regulations
Stay updated regarding product data classifications
Continuous quality work
Develop and drive initiatives toward efficient processes (development, maintenance, change, phasing out)
This position is based in Fagersta, Sweden and allows for a flexible working schedule where partial, remote work is allowed - presence at our unit is only required 2-3 days a week.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree in either tech, marketing, IT, logistics, or equivalent education. While being knowledgeable in the field, you have several years of experience in process development and improvement. Furthermore, having previous involvement in product launches, project management as well as having hands-on experience in Excel, Office, PIM, PLM and/or our ERP (M3) systems are beneficial for this role. Since we’re working in a global environment, you’re skilled in the English language, in both verbal and written form, and knowing Swedish are also a plus.
Your personality is what makes you special – you have an engaging and service–minded approach to things, and with an eye for detail, you know how to structure and prioritize to achieve the most efficient outcome. You have no problem networking, like to build thriving relationships and most importantly, you’re a team player.
