For our Technical Documentation and Services, we’re now looking for a Product Information Manager – an essential team player whose thoughtful approach manages to drive change and engage colleagues across our digitalization journey.
About the job
In this position, you ensure efficient working processes, routines, and controls, as well as making sure our products have the relevant product data and information. You work alongside Product Management with support, and participation in both direct and indirect product and development projects. This also means that you engage in different assignments regarding the product data and information, such as:
Acting as process owner for product information management
Driving our digitalization development for technical product information
Contributing to a smooth transition between the different interfaces in change processes
Acting as key contact and demander for internal and external stakeholders
Correcting inaccuracies and being responsible for maintenance
Developing and driving initiatives toward efficient processes (development, maintenance, change, phasing out)
This position is based at our headquarters in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. We offer the opportunity to work remotely when suitable. Some limited traveling is included in your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree in either tech, marketing, IT, logistics, or equivalent education. While being knowledgeable in the field, you have several years of experience in process development and improvement. Having previous involvement in product launches, project management as well as having hands-on experience in Excel and Office is beneficial for this position. It’s also an advantage if you can handle Adobe, Salesforce and Captivate prime. Since we’re working in a global environment, you’re skilled in English, verbal and written, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
