Our Europe Product Line Taste team is looking for an Electric Hobs Product Innovation Manager who will be responsible to drive Electric Hobs innovation projects from idea generation to market launch.
In this role you will map the market starting from capturing ideas about future products and translating them into commercially viable products. The role offers a great opportunity to learn about the business across Europe and it will also help you create a helicopter view of the category, being involved in strategic innovation activities.
Please note that this is a full time temporary (14 months) role based in our global headquarters in Stockholm.
A regular day at work
• Closely work with the European Category Manager in developing and executing the category generation plan to deliver strategic business objectives
• Identify new opportunities by deep understanding of consumer insight, market trends and competitive gaps
• Participate actively in development of new consumer experience ideas
• Translate ideas into product concepts based on relevant consumer insights
• Collaborate with R&D and Design to drive the product development process through its different phases
• Build the base model catalogue for new products
• Prepare product specification documents and input them in the respective systems, ensuring timely sharing of new product information
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure timely and effective development of marketing assets to support the commercial launch

Education & Experience
We are not looking for perfection, ideally, we would like you to be covering several of the points below.
• 3-5 years of experience in business and commercial areas;
• Experience across product development, market analysis, consumer insight, ranging and pricing is highly preferred;
• Profit & loss understanding;
• Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities.
