- Establish a new function into the company and prepare to lead a product team in the future
- Create a product strategy and roadmap together with the team and outside stakeholders, most importantly customers
- Create individual product specifications of features for the software development team to start implementing. This involves product feature research, benchmarking, feature drafting, pricing etc.
- Working closely with the entire team and reporting to the CEO of the company


Din profil
- 5+ years experience in product design in a product team
- 2-3 years of experience in product design in the e-commerce logistics industry
- Fluent in English. Knowledge in Finnish, Swedish, Dutch or German is a plus, but not mandatory
- Understand that new features can be solved by logistics processes, not just software
- Great communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
- Good IT-skills
