Product Leader

What we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Leader for testing. You will work with great teams of product owners, release train engineers & other stakeholders in our vehicle development organization.


Vehicle Technology utilizes agile & with that the framework SAFE, you can read more for example within Product Management: https://www.scaledagileframework.com/product-management/


As we are still learning to apply the framework in our daily operations, not everything nor every role is in place yet, you understand that sometimes you will have to move in between the roles & “boxes”. You are agile at heart and help us tailor SAFE to the maturity level we are at as well as highlighting and driving the improvements we need for the future. You are the person to help us focus on the right work at the right time to provide useful feedback to the organization. You are brave to challenge & remove work that does not create value.


You will drive and synchronize deliveries and make sure the products mature in the development pipelines. The test results give you feedback on the maturity of the product and the organization. You understand who will receive the next delivery & for what purpose. You communicate clearly and create focus across organizations.

Expectations on you
You were once an engineer working on technical solutions and you have seen enough to understand how a line of code connects to a customer. However, you are no longer writing code nor solving the issues yourself. You are the leader now and you understand those differences and its strengths. Your experience has taught you what it takes to lead complex products and organization towards clear goals. You lead change as much as you lead technology or people and you are able to use different strategies in that leadership.
