We have the goal of becoming the market leader, with a safe, environmental, productive and profitable product.Would you like to join us?Key performance areas Your main responsibilities will be to: - Manage the portfolio, market and sales activities -Ensure compliance with the SMC safety management programs -Integrate Sandvik?s EHS and Quality standards in the product line -Give feedback on product quality performance to all units supplying the products to ensure a consistent global quality level -Check and sign off on technology transfers to new Assembly/Production units -Maintain contacts with regions, RPLM and sales organisation, R&D, Project Delivery, Sourcing and suppliers together with the sourcing rep, and customers together with the region rep -Improve market position for the Sandvik Primary Gyratory crushers in all three segments -Evaluate how the product line can further increase its attractiveness with the help of design, pricing, packaging with other SMC products, etc.-In the short term, finalize R&D projects and support new sales.The PLM will report to the GPLM for Mining Crushers.The position involves about 50-100 days of travelling per year. Your profile To be successful in this position, you will need a technical background with a dgree in, for example engineering.You are business-oriented, with experience from the industry, preferably with SMC, and accustomed to working and doing business in an international environment.
