Product Line Manager

CTEK is the leading global brand in battery charging solutions, most specifically vehicle charging. CTEK offers products ranging from 12V & 24V battery chargers to charging solutions for electrical vehicles. Products are sold via a carefully selected network of global distributors and retailers, as original equipment, supplied to more than 50 of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers and through charge point operators, property owners as well as other organizations and individuals providing EV charging infrastructure.

We are now hiring a Product Line Manager to manage our low voltage product portfolio based in either of our offices in Stockholm, Norrköping or Vikmanshyttan.

What you do

Through good knowledge of the market, and together with the CTO and division directors, you develop our product roadmap and set a clear strategy with financial and technical stability. You drive our product strategy based on return of investment and set product qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. You will also;

- Own and develop a product family, including gathering, analyzing and making recommendations based on internal and external customer insights (e.g. from sales team, support, marketing online, different customers etc) and take decisions to research, develop and launch product offerings.

- Communicate and coordinate together with Project Managers related to the product family and regularly to the relevant organisation the product roadmap, product scenarios, user stories and financial status of the products.

- Set direction for market segmentation and targeting in order to define the market opportunities for the product portfolio within the existing business strategy or propose to change direction of business strategy.

It is crucial that you have a strong passion for customer interaction and a desire to exceed what our customers demand of us, while balancing this by being business savvy. You are a team player with strong interpersonal written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Your skills

You have experience driving a product portfolio or as a direct contributor to strategic product planning. Also from monitoring, collecting and utilizing information on product performance. You have experience of project/program cost analysis, ROI and product specifications. Fluent in English is mandatory and a University’s degree or comparable knowledge obtained through work experience is required.
