This includes cable trays (Metal / PVC / GRP), cable ladders (GRP), and accessories for related cable trays and ladders. You will be the ?owner?of the Cable Support value proposition and responsible for the Offer Roadmap with a turnover of 26 M?.Core duties include: - Contributing to the definition of the Cable Support Offer Strategy and deploy the respective road map in a good cooperation with business deployment and Launch and support - Being the marketing leader for new product development, providing requirements in accordance to the Offer Creation Process like strategic intention, user value, functional requirements, price positioning, logistics, etc. - Managing the existing offer as portfolio owner during the whole product lifecycle.This includes tasks like monitor the FFR and act proactively to create improvements, Request QVE activities, Filter and Request product evolutions from countries in Power EMEAS scope, Propose obsolesce of products in the portfolio - In all projects : - Secure and collect relevant input from both customer, countries, internal requirements - Secure alignment with other Cable Management Systems sites to look for synergies - Work for finding innovations and added-value solutions compared to competition - Act as the specialist for support questions coming from Level 3 Tech.support - Ensure that the portfolio fulfils evolution of Regulations and Standards - Co-ordinate the use of technological development as strategic tools in achieving competitive advantages and continuously work for future profitable growth for the product family Skills and Competencies required: - Engineer degree with technical and/or commercial-marketing background - Working experience as product manager and sales experience is a plus - Significant knowledge of the area of cable support to be able to act independently - Good marketing capabilities and analytical skill sets - Excellent coordination and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively - Pragmatic and self-driven and capable of negotiating in a challenging environment - Foster cooperation to reach results across teams within offer development, launch& support, country marketing and sales - Excellent in both verbal and written English - Spanish not required but would be considered as a plus The position requires approx.30 days travel per year, mainly in the Nordics, Netherlands/Belgium and Spain/Portugal/France.We offer a challenging and varied job with great opportunities to pursue professional and personal ambitions in an international environment.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with key actors in Schneider Electric and join a team of diverse and passionate people!
