Product Line Manager, Midlife Services and CES, Parts and Services division (PSD)

You will be working in the Parts & Services division (PSD) based in Örebro, Sweden.
In the role you take full ownership of the Midlife Services and Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) product line including managing the global team. The Midlife Service and CES product offering is a flexible service solution that provides the machines with a 2nd life, extending equipment life and upgrading the machines with new technology such as battery conversions to meet customer demands. You have flexible work times in an office with close to nature, golf courses training facilities and city.
The global diverse team that you will be part of is working cross functional and cross divisional where you will be driving your product line strategies by interaction to colleagues all over the world.
Your mission
Manage the global Midlife Services, Battery Conversion and Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) team to safeguard that the team develop and launch products towards the Customer Centers with focus on customer experience as the main driver while reaching agreed targets on revenue, customer share and profitability.
While setting the product line vision, you will be strategically responsible for the 5 year global roadmap including revenue, profitability and new product development plans.
As a manager your role will be to ensure the team members are properly trained to perform their tasks and that you have a people development plan in place. This includes making sure the team is fully aware of the expectations on the team and on each team member.
You will develop clear follow up processes for the global team related to all KPI’s as well as continuously strive towards process improvement linked to order process, delivery improvement and efficiency gains in general.
Your profile
You are a candidate with a can-do attitude, can create and drive innovative activities proactively in a structured way. You are a team player and have great communication skills and enjoy building network with your peers.
Degree on university level in business or engineering or other relevant background and experience is required. Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have proven track record and relevant experience from Epiroc or the industry. Experience from leadership either direct or indirect is of value in this position in combination with a track record of delivering results.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
