Working as Product Line Manager with Force Measurement, you will play a key role for the future development of an attractive and competitive Product Portfolio. In this role, you will oversee all steps in the life cycle of products, systems or services, including development, product launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of the product line globally.
The position will be located in Västerås, Sweden.
This position reports to Global Business Line Manager Force Measurement.
Your responsibilities
Driving and improving the end to end profitability and life cycle of Rolling Mill and Web Tension Products by defining pricing guidelines and market position
Collaborating with the global Sales and Service Teams to understand customer needs and market trends
Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends
Working closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products, services and solutions
Providing technical and commercial assistance and technical trainings to the sales and service teams
Leading and driving projects to execute on the defined roadmap
Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team



Your background
BA/BS in engineering
Deep understanding of Business KPI´s and economical implications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
Demonstrated experience of managing marketing and sales strategy
Proven experience in Project Management
Sound knowledge of the Metals and Paper industry
Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
Fluent in English, Swedish would be of advantage
