Product Management Specialist

We are now hiring a Product Management Specialist in Sweden.

What you do

Within our Product Management function, you will be the Product Specialist operating to understand the market and define exciting new products and accessories. In close cooperation with most functions including Research, Development, Marketing, Global Service, Sales, Finance and Operations colleagues you will;

- Support the shape of the consumer product and accessories portfolio, and delivery of the overall global product roadmap
- Collect and structure insights from customers, end consumers, market trends and competitors
- Monitor the performance of the current consumer product portfolio including positioning, volumes, profit margin/costs, quality, and usability to identify end-of-life candidates and new opportunities.


Who you are

You have strong interpersonal written, verbal and presentation communication skills. You have a passion for consumers and a desire to meet or exceed their expectations while balancing business needs such as clarity, profit, complexity. We believe that you have a strong data gathering, analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

Your skills

You have experience from new product development, such as product mapping, strategy, definition and cost evaluation. We believe that you have product management, technical and/or analyst experience or experience from monitoring, collecting, and utilising information on market, consumer, and product performance. You have a university degree or comparable knowledge obtained through relevant work experience.
