Product Management Team Lead

As our Product Management Team Lead you will be responsible for the Product Management team and for developing and executing on MATCHi’s product strategy.

Your responsibilities

Lead the Product Management team

- Help your team improve each day by guiding them from process optimization to better collaboration through positive leadership and always lending a listening ear to your colleagues
- Make sure your team members have a plan and the space to develop and learn, refining their skills and discovering new ones
- Recruit new team members by delivering a great candidate as well as onboarding experience


Lead Product Management

- Understand our customers’ needs and how to bring value to them
- Drive MATCHi’s product management practices such as processes, ways of working, and training in an internationally scaling product environment
- Define the product roadmap together with the Product Management, Product Design & Product Engineering teams as well as other stakeholders such as sales
- Participate in the product strategy as well as in product marketing for example branding and positioning around our product portfolio
- Support the team in their operational product challenges and decisions


Who we are looking for

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management
- You have worked in SaaS or consumer products as part of the product organization, delivering value to customers with agile methods, ideally in an international environment
- 3+ years of experience leading min. 2 to 3 PO/PMs, preferably in a cross-functional environment
- You describe yourself as a cooperative team member who appreciates attentive teamwork
- You are curious and ambitious, a colleague with a focused mind who shares knowledge and ideas with a brave heart
