About the position
As our Product Manager you will be responsible for the business growth and profitability of their portfolio. This portfolio consists of standardized functional machines developed by FlexLink as well as machines from 3rd party suppliers.
The machines are used to complement traditional FlexLink conveyor systems with additional functionality in order to broaden the FlexLink system offering. You will be the driver of the standardization of the machines and you will establish partnerships and frame agreements with 3rd party equipment suppliers.
Among other things, you will:
Have a strong emphasis on market knowledge, understanding the customer and market needs
Market analysis of product potentials
Continuously grow business intelligence related to machines and 3rd party equipment
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Define the product functionality and set requirement specification
Maintain a strong focus on cost optimization

The location is flexible, and you can be based in either Gothenburg in Sweden, Offenbach in Germany and Poznan in Poland.


This is you
To be successful in your new role, we believe that you have previous experience in product management. Preferably you are also knowledgeable about our industry, processes and customer know-how. You also have:
A higher education engineering degree
Good communication, presentation and moderation skills
An innovative and problem-solving approach
