Are you looking for a new challenge? We offer the unique opportunity to see your work from input all the way through to the final product. We are looking for a Product Coordinator (based in Möhlin or Linköping) who initiates the concept, prepares and follow up the technical scope. As part of the Product Team the Product Manager focus to synchronize the work packages within the total development work to ensure that the product satisfies the company’s overall strategy and goal.
Responsibility
Manage a specific UMS Skeldar product and be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
Shape the development work in the direction of the product development roadmap
The gathering and prioritizing of product and customer requirements, embracing the product vision, and working closely with engineering and project management
Allocate identified requirements to work packages in alignment with the product development roadmap
Follow up the completion of requirement and review reports for closure
Coordinate as a key stakeholder in design reviews • Realization and follow up of product decisions
Technical documentation, e.g. change request preparation
Qualifications
University degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar
Several years of experience as Engineer or Project Manager with experience in managing / coordinating different departments
Very good understanding of engineering development processes in the aviation industry
Clear understanding of project management
Mature communication skills and human competence (able to work with engineers from mechanical, software and system engineering in order to support the process to engage the various disciplines in the development work).
Broad technical skills with focus on software development, avionics and system engineering
Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing
If you will be located in Sweden, fluent Swedish is required, both verbal and in writing.
Willing to travel (up to 50%)
Good team player skills and self-driven attitude
