As part of our ambitious growth strategy within Tetra Pak Services, we have a dedicated team that focuses on our service solutions. In this position you belong to a dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to service solutions area into reality. Your main role will be to develop, manage and drive successful development and deployment of our service solutions portfolio. In this cross-functional role you will work in a global environment and across the company including close collaboration with both our regional and market companies and customers.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden, and report to the Director Solutions Portfolio in Services. The position will require travelling, approximately 10% of your time.

What you will do
· Lead and manage complex service development or business transformation projects, with high financial risk and impact
· Contribute to development and execution of the service solutions growth strategy
· Develop close collaboration with our regional offices to secure a good customer understanding and how to translate the customer voice into the value proposition
· Identify new product and market opportunities that meet the company strategic objectives and support creation of product/market developments, product strategies and roadmaps
· Monitor and analyse market information (penetration, share, competition)
· Drive product management deliverables in development projects, such as building business cases, set key requirements, define the market and the product role in portfolio.
· Participate in developing product communication material with communication team
· Develop strong cross-functional alliances to ensure successful development and deployment of the roadmap

Who you are
You are result oriented, driven and used to take own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results. You have a strong business understanding combined with a technical know-how. You have a keen interest within Marketing and Product Management.
Your communication skills are excellent, to create buy in with important stake holders and inspire and create commitment across functions. With an analytical mind, you are able to keep a detailed perspective as well as a holistic view.
We believe you have:
· At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or Marketing discipline
· 3-years’ experience of Product management, Business Management or Marketing
· Project Management experience
· Excellent commercial and financial acumen
· A very good command of English, both written and oral
