We are looking for a Product Manager for the Gothenburg office:
Responsibilities
Perform market and customer analysis to identify market opportunities and unmet customer needs
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance. Set strategies and roadmap. Plan product lifecycle to maximize return.
Monitor customer experience and ensure collection of customer feedback. Analyze data and ensure action taking.
Generate, collect and analyze new product and improvement ideas. Propose new products to steering committee based on business case.
Define target market, market requirements and positioning for new products. Define the compelling reason to buy.
Establish, monitor and develop product-driven partnerships to fulfill market requirements or complete the portfolio.
Plan and execute commercial product launches together with stakeholders. Develop value propositions. Support marketing in product messaging.
Support sales cases when needed. Ensure generation of supporting data and support packages to guide customers along the byer’s journey.
Qualifications
Degree in business or engineering (MBA preferred), or equivalent
5-7 years' experience from Product Management or closely related positions (e.g. product marketing, product development, project management, sales), preferably in a life-science company
Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority
Experience from fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and process skills
Strong customer orientation
