Northvolt is looking for a Product Manager with +3 years of experience to join our Software & AI team in Stockholm. You will be given the opportunity to be a part of enabling the factory of future in addition with forming the future of smart batteries, as well as being a part of building the first European large-scale Lithium-Ion battery factory.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with experience of building new products from scratch, in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders with wildly different needs and requirements. You have experience in working with complex software products and the ability to understand and communicate new fields of technology.

We believe that you as a Product Manager will lead the development team towards excellent value-adding products, both in terms of factory efficient as well as battery value add. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and achieving timelines, research, define and communicate stakeholders requirements and lead the development team towards reaching those in an efficient manner.
The ideal candidate has experienced intense software development scenarios, ideally within automotive or manufacturing environment. This role demands intense attention to detail and superior communication and interpersonal skills to bridge an international team across a broad geographic area. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong intuition for problem solving built on experience.
*Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
Lead strategic and tactical discussions with both software engineering teams and stakeholders from other departments within the company as well as with customers
Act as the glue between the Software & AI team and the rest of the organisation, and evolve software products from prototype to sophisticated products by managing all necessary constraints, workflows, technology, and operational objectives.
Measure the performance of the development team and driving continuous improvement by inspiring the team.
