Role Description
TATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join the growing company. We are looking for a qualified Product Manager to help us achieve our goals. The scope of this role encompasses managing TATAA Biocenters product portfolio, which includes TATAAs own products and suppliers products distributed by TATAA.
You will be reporting to the CEO. This position can be placed anywhere in Europe, although you will be expected to spend a certain amount of time at the companys headquarter in Gothenburg.

Main Responsibilities
• Maintain TATAA Biocenters product portfolio, including:
o Providing insights and recommendations, based on external and internal assessments, that define business growth initiatives and drive a sustainable advantage
o Routinely monitoring the competitive landscape for significant shifts, articulating the implications for the business, and developing recommendations for appropriate responses
• Serve as the prime contact for and manage relationships with TATAA Biocenters suppliers, distributors and product customers
• Respond to tenders and other customer needs
• Arrange product trainings for TATAAs sale team and distributor training when needed
• Supervise TATAAs logistics department
• Create product descriptions for internal and external use (with tech support provided by R&D and CSO departments)
• Create product marketing material and exhibitions of products
• Provide general product support (with tech support from R&D and CSO departments)
• Support the CEO and head of R&D with the planning of product development initiatives
• Develop TATAA Biocenters product portfolio with support from the management team
• Create and maintain budgets for TATAAs product business
• Report on product sales and other key metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
• M.Sc. or B. Sc., in a Life Science subject
• At least 5 years experience in Life Sciences product management
• Very good knowledge of qPCR, dPCR and NGS workflows and the products used
• Understanding of brand and product management principles
• Experience with distributors is a plus
• Experience interacting with suppliers is a plus
• Experience with tenders is a plus
