What’s in it for you 
You will be part of the product area Corporate Worklife focusing on enabling a great worklife for Volvo Cars employees and consultants, located in the unit Digital Infrastructure. You will be responsible as Product Manager for the cluster Legal & Governance, as well as taking the Product Owner role for the product team Governance, Risk & Compliance. 
We are now searching for a Product Manager with strong leadership skills and with a collaborative mindset that will be part of the continued transformation of the Corporate Worklife product area. To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be a servant leader, skilled in senior stakeholder management and a true team player having a passion for leading and developing others, that have embraced an agile mindset and culture. You are a person with a high degree of digital maturity and interest.

What you’ll do
As a Product Manager & Product Owner within the Legal & Governance cluster you will:
Be end-to-end accountable for digital deliveries within the product cluster and be responsible for the proper working of the product cluster including operational stability.  remove impediments that may hinder teams’ performance 

Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the product cluster by that serving as the “content authority” and for defining and prioritizing the product cluster backlog over releases. 
Understand, drive and control the financial aspects of the product cluster and support stakeholders understand the effects of prioritization decisions, working with them to prioritize the feature backlog so that we produce the most valuable product, one release at a time
Work with Product Owners to optimize feature delivery to the customers in balance with the enterprise’s technical and economic objectives and work with other Product Managers and Product Owners on cross program requirements and dependencies.  

You and your skills 
We expect that you have the following skills:
Significant product management and product owner experience (3 to 5 years’ experience) with strong business acumen but also, with high sense of responsibility, with accountability and quality as a signature mark of everything you do
You have the ability to influence and organize people and activities into an efficient workflow and agile mindset and behavior with experience and good understanding of Agile Frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking, SAFe) to apply agile ways of working 
You have a positive mindset  and solution-oriented ability and a strong leadership and communication skills including a servant mindset
