Do you understand the importance of leading both the software engineering side and the commercial side of product development and are you able to create sustainable balance between customer pull and technology push? Then here is your chance to join a team of highly skilled and dedicated product managers to set direction for Karnov Group’s future digital and data-driven online services.

We are looking to match a new Product Manager with our Swedish office, who will take on the overall responsibility for Karnov Group’s online services in Sweden. You will be part of a strengthened Product Management Team responsible for maximizing all product development in Karnov Group for the benefit of existing and future customers.

Since our Technology Unit is placed in Copenhagen travelling to Copenhagen regularly is expected.

What you’ll do

Your main responsibilities are to assume a 360 degree responsibility of your online service from new product introduction to life-cycle management and lead the continuous development in close collaboration with the software development team and with the Swedish market division as a key stakeholder. You will engage with internal colleagues as well as external partners, authors, and customers on a daily basis to be at the forefront of understanding customer needs and suggest feasible solutions for best possible customer experience.

Skills we value for this position

We expect you to have some years of experience in heading the product management of digital services, preferably B2B. You define yourself as driven by data in any decision you make. A diverse or technical background and experience with agile software development is a plus.

You enjoy developing and carry product visions and get energy from getting tasks done yourself and thrive in a dynamic environment. You have the ability to build strong relations, be it to a large customer base or to colleagues across Sweden and Denmark. Your communication skills are excellent, both in writing and verbally. Fluency in English and Swedish is necessary.
