Product Manager, Car Service – Workshop Planning and Information

Who are we?
We are undergoing a huge commercial transformation that will fundamentally change how we do business.  It is a shift from a wholesale business model to a consumer business model with a global omni-channel customer experience at the center of success. We are also on a mission towards a fully electrical car company which will radically change the way we service cars.

A prerequisite for this transformation to happen is to deeply change the way we view, work with and visualize work orders, repair and maintenance information securing that we supply our service providers the means to deliver world-class car service.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and the development of our future work-shop planning and Information product that must continue to support our service providers in repairing our existing car fleet while enabling new concepts for our future full electric car fleet. The product is global with high criticality and is required for repairing our cars. Today we have around 30 000 technicians and internal users.

What you’ll do
You will lead a mature team based in our Gothenburg headquarters. You develop product strategy and a product roadmap based on an integrated understanding of business strategy, objectives and the possibilities of technology.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset motivated by customer and user satisfaction and can build team performance around a common purpose. You take ownership for your product domain, the wellbeing of your team and continuous improvement of your product.

And the biggest challenge of all: you will play an active role in navigating a large, complex organization through the challenges of transformation and as a product leader, be at the heart of developing common beliefs and practices between different business areas – commercial and digital, central and regional, traditional and transformed.

You and your skills

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
-Leading and driving product strategy as a Product Manager or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years.
-Strong understanding and practical experience of agile development methodologies in digital product teams.
-Experience with using various tools for managing and visualising the progress and value of a product team.
-Experience working in a direct-to-consumer business
-High integrity and a bias for action will make you successful in this role.

Location is at the headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
