Working in the Low Voltage Switchgear Product Group at ABB Electrification Sweden, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a combined role where you will work both as a Product Specialist, but also as a manager for a small team.
To be successful in this position, you need to have strong technical knowledge and interest, but also hold leadership skills, a passion for people and developing others. You will perform various activities to assist in the development, launch, maintenance and profitability of ABB Low Voltage Switchgear MNS in Sweden.
This position reports to Business Manager - Operations.
Your responsibilities
Manager for a team of approximately four technical specialists.
Working closely with customers to shape and deliver technical solutions, and utilizing feedback to deliver improvements and maintain customer satisfaction.
Supporting the local Switchgear engineering and manufacturing, and the global feeder factory located in Poland.
IEC standard compliance and responsibility for local CE certification.
An overall local responsibility for the tools and processes used for quotation and configuration of MNS Switchgear.
Supporting in training related to the MNS Switchgear.
Developing and driving continuous improvement to optimize processes, policies and procedures.

Your background
At least 5 years of experience in low voltage electrical or mechanical engineering, working as Engineer, Product Specialist or in a technical marketing role
Experience from a managerial position or a leadership role is considered a plus.
Experience in Low Voltage Switchgear is beneficial
It's a plus if you have experience from CAD design or IEC standard alignment
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good level of written and spoken English and Swedish
