About the job

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our fun and skilled Product team with a lot of passion for finding ways of letting our products help the users.

As a Product manager your main responsibility is to take lead on our product strategy, roadmapping and product delivery throughout the product life cycle - translating user needs and opportunities into plans that shape the future of Lifesum.

Since we’re a small organisation you’ll also get the benefit of being hands-on with seeing the vision through in a cross functional set up.

We’re constantly challenging ourselves and encouraging each other to find better ways of collaborating in order for us to have even more fun and be more efficient. As the most senior operational product person you will play an important role in driving this as the team grows.

This is what you’ll do



-Drive the roadmapping and prioritisation process - making sure our work is aligned with company goals and constantly delivers outcomes for both our users and business

-Obsess with the needs of the user and define the product and user experience with a compelling vision.





-Work closely with VP Product to set product strategy





-Lead product development and take responsibility for the product delivery throughout the entire product life-cycle.





-Coach and support the product owners and make sure they have what they need to make the right product decisions.





-Make sure the team is happy - ensuring lean and efficient ways of working and great collaboration where we ship to learn!





-Drive innovation based on user research, data and trends in market and technology.





-Follow up the status of our different initiatives and how they are contributing to the overall result.



Who are you?

-5+ years experience in a product managing role. Great with experience from different companies and startups.

-Excellent knowledge of user centric and insights driven product development with experience of creating and delivering fantastic digital user experiences for apps.

-Inspirational and humble team leader with vision and great communication skills.

-A sharp analytical mind with focus on results for our users and for the business.

-A curious, engaging and dependable team player.

-Trained in agile methodologies and with a passion for helping teams feel and perform their best.

-Loves to constantly explore and learn - not afraid of failing fast!

-Fluent in English.

-Degree in Business or Engineering from a reputable university.
