Product Manager

In this role, you will drive product solution development and deployment.
Furthermore, you will develop organization competence on the solutions and transfer competence to the markets, develop solutions mid/long term roadmap and value propositions, proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Drive business productivity and growth, securing strategic fit, customer value and competitiveness
Develop solutions competence and secure competence transfer to the markets
Support market organization by developing relevant, competitive solutions offer
Identifies growth opportunities and follows up on opportunity deployment
Supports markets with cross border development and global integration

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in process and tools management.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in the food industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
