The customer platform you’ll help build hopes to deliver a modern digital customer experience to its 170k+ enterprise users across 30k+ companies, with the expectation of doubling its user base over the next 3 years. 

Azets Software is a ~40 person software company that is part of the Azets Group, a multinational corporation with offices across 8 countries. As a Product Manager, you’ll work with these individual country businesses to build relationships, design the right products with their needs in mind, and manage complex international dynamics.

As a Product Manager, you’ll work with these individual country businesses to build relationships, design the right products with their needs in mind, and manage complex international dynamics. 

The role

Azets is investing both in the existing applications that compose the customer platform as well as developing whole new product areas. For example, we will build a new communication platform for chat and video calls between customers and consultants and a marketplace for buying services and products. We will match your area of responsibility to your background and interests. The role can be based in Sweden, Norway or the UK.

You will be responsible for a part of Azets’ digital customer platform. This platform is the public face for the company’s accounting, payroll and consulting services. 

The Product Manager is responsible for
* Delivering a valuable and business-viable product to internal Azets Group customers and external clients
* Defining product strategy and roadmap 
* Converting strategy into a product 
* Deeply understanding the platform’s users
* Agile product owner duties
* Taking responsibility for results
* Product pricing and positioning
* Building buy-in and relationships with international partner teams

Requirements
* Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery 
* Minimum 2 years working on technology-powered products 
* Experience setting strategy amidst evolving business dynamics
* Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – e.g. engineering, design, operations, finance, sales, marketing
* Has delivered solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out an argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
* Ability to work through uncertainty and within a complex global decision-making structure
* Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship, influencing without authority
* Excellent idiomatic English (written and verbal) communication skills
* Aware of your own limitations and willing to seek other opinions
* Willingness to work with a distributed and partly remote team.

Nice to have
* Experience financial services
* Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish language skills
* Foundation in user experience design 
* Experience with user research 
* Analytics ability - SQL, user analytics tools
* Experience as product owner: administrative scrum responsibilities
* Technical and business background

This job is an individual contributor role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through data and selling the long-term vision.
