About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help develop the next generation of products and give our customers the power to understand, develop and grow their most important asset - their employees and customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and is passionate about crafting new products with significant and disruptive impacts on the world.

In your role as Product Manager, you will discover what users need, prioritizes what to build next, and rallies the team around a product roadmap. You will focus on the product’s vision, company objectives, customers, and the market. Netigate is on a significant growth path and the product team is critical in reaching our future goals. You get the opportunity to define our future and be part of an inspiring team.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, someone who will learn, understand and advocate the customer’s needs. They will use that deep understanding to execute the business strategy for the product, as well as specify the functional requirements needed.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

- 5+ years of experience in SaaS products preferably employee experience or HR-related platforms
- Experience as an agile product manager preferred
- Understanding of user analytics and feedback loops
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- A self-motivated problem solver who can innovate and calmly approach a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred
- Having a valid work permit for Sweden or Gemany
