The Commercial team for Dairy Ambient within Business Stream Dairy, Liquid Food Solutions is looking for a Product Manager for our UHT units.
Our role is to profitably grow the sub-category by maximizing the value propositions and competitiveness, deliver sales support and capability build-up within processing solutions including Branded units, lines and plants in Dairy Ambient.
As a Product Manager, you will take on the global responsibility for development, improvement, and marketing of the Tetra Pak® Indirect UHT unit D and Direct UHT units covering the full product life cycle for both dairy and other applications.
The position can be based either in Shanghai, China or Lund, Sweden and includes occasional travelling.
What you will do
Own product specifications and manage the products during its entire life cycle
Gather and analyse customer requirements
Review and update the product vision and roadmap and drive an effective implementation of the product plan
Continuously scout for new opportunities
Initiate product improvement activities
Own and update the product price book and marketing material
Support and train our Sales support organization and Market Companies

We believe you have

You are highly motivated by the challenge of entering new fields through deployment of products and applications.
Your communication skills are excellent; you can build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing.
Your business understanding and perspective will be big assets in this role, enabling you to understand the market and prioritize.
You have a university degree or equivalent.
We believe you have approximately 5 years’ experience from the food processing industry.
Preferably, your professional background is a combination of marketing, sales and engineering.
You might already have product management experience, or you want to enter that area from your current sales role or technical role.
Should you have knowledge in UHT processing and related applications it is seen as an advantage.
High proficiency in English, written as well as spoken.
