Product Manager

Arbetsbeskrivning

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.

Who you are
Are you a product enthusiast who thrives on building and enhancing products and have a passion for integrations? Do you have a knack for leveraging customer feedback and user insights to drive product improvements? While hands-on technical expertise is not a requirement, you possess a solid grasp of technical concepts to effectively communicate and discuss high-level technical aspects with stakeholders and partners.
As a key member of our Product Development team, you will collaborate closely with our partners, sales team, and customer success team. Your responsibility will be to take charge of new integrations and features throughout the lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. Leading the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, as they are pivotal in unlocking substantial business value for Oneflow. In the dynamic landscape of cloud-based applications and services, integrations allow us to enhance our offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
Additionally, you will develop expertise in our Public APIs, enabling you to assist both our development team and our partners in building seamless integrations with Oneflow.

What's in it for you?
Join our exceptional product development team and collaborate with highly skilled professionals in development, design, and product. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will involve managing external integration products and applications, such as our product in Hubspot, Upsales, Zapier, Pipedrive, and more. You will also contribute to enhancing our own platform's integration components, including the open API and other integration functionalities.
Most importantly, your work will have a real-world impact on companies and transform the way they conduct business. By simplifying and optimizing our integrations, you will enable our customers to achieve new heights in digital contract management.

How we work
We want our employees to feel a strong sense of ownership, to feel like what they do really matters, and to be involved in all steps of product development, from feature planning to release. Our team and culture are built on this principle of inclusion and responsibility, which we see as crucial in building a great product.
We strive for a truly agile development environment that promotes getting things done, rather than focusing too much on processes and enterprise tools. This means we typically work in short iterations, regularly going from conceptual discussions to shipped product features in a few weeks. We believe early and honest feedback is the best feedback, both internally and from our customers.
Come work with us
We value gender equality and diversity in organization, so we strive for a team that reflects the diversity in today's society. Our recruitment is based on competence.
The recruitment process starts with an interview with Emese from the Talent Acquisition team. After that, you will complete a personality and logic test, then prepare an assignment before your final interview with Ankit and Emilia.
Apply by submitting your CV and a personal letter about why this is the role for you. We can’t wait to meet you! 🎉
