What you’ll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop marketing automation strategies, aimed at enhancing end-customer experiences, fostering long-term loyalty, and accelerating customer acquisition and growth.
Develop end-to-end product lifecycle management, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing enhancement, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and implement targeted, data-driven campaigns to guide customer through the learn and shop journey.
Evaluate marketing automation performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.
Serve as the in-house expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, keeping abreast of updates and industry best practices to build innovative solutions.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, sales, data analytics, and design teams to align automation efforts with broader customer acquisition strategies.
What you’ll bring
* Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a specific focus on marketing automation for direct-to-customer business.
* Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms leveraging customer acquisition and business growth.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed marketing decisions.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
* Proven ability to consistently developing and executing marketing automation strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree.
