All about the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to take ownership of our field service technician software (IFS tool). This software will be a vital tool for our technicians, enabling them to efficiently perform repairs on consumers' appliances. As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and driving the product strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of our technicians and aligns with the company's goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Owners and Product Domain Experts.

What you'll do:
1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the field service technician software. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the needs and pain points of our technicians and consumers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights to refine and prioritize product features and enhancements.
2. Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Work closely with Engineering manager and software development teams to translate the product vision into detailed product requirements and specifications. Drive the end-to-end product development process, including planning, execution, and release management. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the software's functionality and usability.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with field service operation teams, technicians, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous product improvement. Work closely with engineering managers, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery of the software. Act as the central point of contact for all product-related queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders on product status and roadmap.
4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Product Owners and Product Domain Experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration. Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
5. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and effectiveness of the field service technician software. Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement. Make data-driven decisions to prioritize and implement product improvements.
6. Training and Documentation: Collaborate with the Knowledge management PM to develop training materials and documentation for technicians to effectively use the software. Ensure that comprehensive user guides and resources are available to support technicians in their day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
· Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
· Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
· Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product strategy.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of Product Owners
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
