We’re looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for the development of our Shared Platform Services on our newly built retail hub platform. This will be a vital role to contribute to the growth of the one-stop shop platform and portal for retail partners and Volvo agents. Your mission as a Product Manager will be to seamlessly weave together services that not only enhance user-focused experiences, but also amplify efficiency for our users when they are engaging with our end customers. You will shape the core behind our retail platform, ensuring every micro front-end resonates in perfect harmony and enables operational efficiency for our end users.

What you’ll do 
* Define and communicate the vision for the platform's shared features, ensuring they seamlessly integrate and elevate the user experience 
* Oversee the creation and enhancement of base components such as notification functions, user management, activity tracking, and notes management and more 
* Serve as the bridge between product teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment in objectives and clarity in communication
* Prioritize user needs and feedback, ensuring the platform's base components are intuitive, responsive, and delightful in close collaboration with our UX community 
* Ensure the seamless integration of base components with other teams' micro front-ends, creating a cohesive user experience 
* Craft and maintain a product roadmap for the foundational  features, aligning with broader organizational goals and user needs 
* Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the base components, ensuring continuous improvement based on data and feedback 
* Lead and mentor a dedicated product team, developing a culture of innovation, collaboration and user centricity


You and your skills 
* Experience in product management, ideally with platform product experience
* Good understanding of technical platform concepts, such as API design, identity and access systems, permissions management, security, and compliance
* Great understanding of user experience design and its impact on product growth
* Effective communication and collaboration skills and  experience in managing and  prioritizing various stakeholders and their needs 
* Ability to grow and inspire a team towards a shared vision 
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
