We want to biuld a seamless, consistent and compelling online to retail-in-person experience which integrates value adding digital services into physical retail outlets. We’re now looking to hire a Product Manager to be responsible for the development of our In-store & Online Retail products. In this role you will develop a connected digital shopping experience at Volvo Cars retail stores and continuously optimize the online retail presence on volvocars.com. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts in a cross-functional matrixed team to build best in class products.

What you´ll do
* Lead and mentor a dedicated product team, developing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer centricity
* Develop product vision & strategy, align it with broader organizational goals and customer needs. and craft and maintain a product roadmap
* Facilitate the implementation of product releases based on an integrated understanding of customer behavior, business direction, anticipated market trends and latest retail shopping technologies
* Ensure the seamless integration of digital in-store solutions with the physical store environment, creating a cohesive customer experience
* Drive the transformation of the retail locator on volvocars.com into a broader online retail presence that stimulates retail interactions by delivering added customer value
* Serve as the bridge between product teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment in objectives and clarity in communication
* Solve problems going from customer requirements based on consumer insights and data to how the technology works; and quickly translate a business opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies


You and your skills
* Extensive Product Management experience in developing consumer-facing product experiences
* You are a customer and user centric leader willing to take accountability for your products growth and business impact.
* Proven experience in creating innovative user experiences, advocating user research, experimentation, and a data-driven approach
* Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated by commercial growth
* Good decision making and prioritization skills
* Effective communicator used to interact with a wide set of stakeholders and to get buy-in for your ideas and roadmaps
