On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Product Manager to be at the forefront of developing the client's new sales management module – SalesHub.
As the Sales Enabler team lead you will play a crucial role in building SalesHub from scratch, a tool designed to revolutionize the sales process and enhance customer experiences in the car sales industry.
Your mission involves integrating a range of customer interaction systems and optimizing sales performance management.
Assignment
- Lead the creation and implementation of SalesHub, a cutting-edge sales management tool.
- Drive the integration of customer interaction systems, including calls, emails, chats, and co-browsing, to streamline the sales process.
- Oversee the development of the sales performance management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and direct the vision and mission of the Sales Enabler team
- Enhance sales operations and improve experiences for retailers and customers, contributing to increased sales.
- Collaborate with various teams, align stakeholders, and follow a visionary roadmap to build a strong foundation for success.
- Develop and maintain the Sales Enabler team’s roadmap, aligning it with the company's broader strategy and adapting to changing business needs.
- Advocate for superior user experiences through user research, experimentation, and a data-driven approach.
- Provide insights to improve customer interactions, product capabilities for customer interaction, order and delivery management, and the sales agent experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who has/are
- Proven experience in leading product development teams, preferably in sales or customer management tools.
- Strong background in integrating various customer interaction systems.
- Experience in sales performance management.
- Ability to align team goals with company strategy and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Expertise in crafting user-centric designs and implementing data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and is accustomed to generating actionable insights from data.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced IT skills and an experienced user of Office 365.
