Role Description
The Amuse Distribution team, dedicated to empowering artists worldwide, by providing tools, insights, and services that help them thrive in an ever-evolving music industry are now looking to add a Product Manager to the Product team.
As a Product Manager in the Product & Tech department, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of your product area. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, tech, commercial development, and data, you will transform user needs and market insights into product features that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This role values a strong understanding of customer motivations, pain points, and industry trends, enabling you to create impactful, scalable solutions that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, ensure alignment between product initiatives and our company mission and goals. Identify and prioritize features that will have the greatest impact on our users.
Partner closely with design, tech, commercial development, and data to ensure seamless product development. Foster open communication and keep stakeholders aligned on goals and timelines.
Use user feedback, data, and industry trends to drive product decisions. Champion the voice of the artist, while making sure our features enhance their experience and address their needs.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use insights from data to focus on the right features, optimize user flows to make informed decisions.
Lead A/B tests, experiments, and user research to validate assumptions and refine features. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond. Ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellent quality.
Balance competing priorities, ensuring that the team is focused on features that deliver the highest value. Use strategic thinking to make tough decisions, balancing long-term vision with short-term wins.

Qualities and skills you possess:
2+ years of product management experience, preferably within the tech, music, or creative industry.
A deep understanding of user behavior, including previous experience conducting or leveraging user research to guide decisions.
Strong data analysis skills, experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude) and A/B testing frameworks. Able to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across functions. Experience working with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing short-term goals with long-term product vision. Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
Familiarity with agile development practices, the software development lifecycle, and user experience design principles. A technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Able to adapt to changing priorities and lead the team through ambiguity.

Reports to: CPO.
Location: Stockholm.
